About Our Association

SSA UCC is one of the Branches of the Senior Staff Association, Universities of Ghana (SSA-UoG) which is an organization for trade union activities of Senior Staff of Public Universities in Ghana. SSA UCC is in existence principally to promote the interest and welfare of Senior Staff. In this regard, it is the official mouthpiece of staff of the University of Cape Coast in dealing with Management and Government on matters affecting the interest and welfare of staff. The union deals with the Government directly or indirectly through the national body (SSA-UoG) and Ghana TUC.
